mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika posisinya HRGA, maka selain memegang pilar seperti HRBP, juga memegang peran legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bahkan ada yang sampai memegang operational &amp; Untuk fasenya ada 6 fase, yakni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cari makan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cari duit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cari sistem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cari talent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Berkembang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menikmati hasil<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setiap fase bisnis memiliki permasalahan sendiri, misalnya pada fase cari makan, bisnis fokus untuk mendapatkan income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kemudian di fase cari duit atau cashflow, perusahaan mulai memiliki keuangan stabil dan dapat mengambil profit dan di fase ini perusahaan mulai mencari HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di level cari sistem, biasanya sudah <em>take profit <\/em>dan mulai memikirkan untuk buka cabang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di level cari sistem ini, perusahaan sebaiknya tidak terburu-buru melakukan ekspansi namun fokus pada sistem yang digunakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada fase cari talent, perusahaan sudah mencari HR dengan spesialisnya, misalnya HR rekrutmen, HR training, HR legal, hingga HR value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada fase berkembang terjadi setelah fase cari talent telah oke, maka perusahaan mulai mempertimbangkan untuk buka cabang hingga unit baru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fase berkembang masuk ke bagian korporasi dan pada fase menikmati hasil telah memiliki bisnis yang stabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bisnis Anda Ada di Fase Mana?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ketika membahas bisnis ada di fase mana, Kak Sulaiman menjelaskan bahwa setiap bisnis memiliki fokus yang berbeda-beda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Fase Cari Makan atau Foundation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di fase cari makan, owner atau HR memiliki fokus mencari orang yang dapat menghandle operasional atau pekerjaan yang paling menyita waktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain itu, pada fase ini penting untuk mencari orang yang disiplin dengan gaji yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan termasuk level pendidikannya tidak haru tinggi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Fase Cashflow atau Cari Duit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada fase cashflow atau fase cari duit, HR mulai mencari orang yang dapat dipercaya untuk handle tim kecil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di sini penting untuk disiplin mengenai alur kerja dan memiliki inisiatif untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan kecil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Data Karyawan Membludak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di sini pengelolaan administrasi menjadi sangat berat karena volume data karyawan meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan tim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Kerumitan Antar Divisi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di sini struktur organisasi yang lebih besar membuat koordinasi antar departemen menjadi jauh lebih sulit dan kurang efisien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Risiko Komunikasi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sering terjadi informasi yang tidak sinkron, pesan terpotong, atau kesalahan arah komunikasi saat skala tim terus bertambah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standarisasi Proses HR untuk Scale Up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zenggi menjelaskan bahwa agar proses HR dapat scale up, ada standarisasi yang perlu dilakukan, yakni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. SOP HR yang Jelas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dilakukan dengan penyusun panduan operasional standar agar seluruh staf dapat memahami alur kerja, prosedur, dan tanggung jawab masing-masing di dalam perusahaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Workflow yang Konsisten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Workflow yang konsisten dilakukan dengan membangun sistem kerja yang berulang dan terukur untuk memastikan setiap output yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas dan standar yang seragam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
