merupakan masa percobaan yang diberikan selama 6 bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masa probation atau masa percobaan merupakan tahapan penting sebelum karyawan dinyatakan sebagai <a href=\"https:\/\/gajihub.com\/blog\/karyawan-tetap\/\">karyawan tetap<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biasanya, masa percobaan ini hanya berlangsung selama 3 bulan dan tidak boleh ditetapkan untuk status <a Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan Pasal 60 dijelaskan secara lengkap mengenai masa percobaan karyawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di dalam UU tersebut dijelaskan bahwa perusahaan diperbolehkan menerapkan masa percobaan dengan batasan waktu tertentu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam aturan UU Ketenagakerjaan tersebut dijelaskan bahwa masa percobaan maksimal adalah 3 bulan dan pada masa 3 bulan tersebut perusahaan wajib membayar upah sesuai UMK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemudian pemberian masa percobaan ini juga hanya boleh diberikan pada karyawan dengan status PKWTT atau Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tidak Tertentu (karyawan tetap).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedangkan pada karyawan di bawah PKWT atau karyawan kontrak, secara tegas UU Ketenagakerjaan melarangnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini sesuai dengan UU Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan probation hanya boleh dilakukan selama 3 bulan, namun masih ada perusahaan yang menerapkan lebih dari itu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini termasuk dengan memberikan masa percobaan selama 6 bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari penjelasan UU Ketenagakerjaan bahwa probation 6 bulan <strong>tidak diperbolehkan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam UU Ketenagakerjaan, masa percobaan hanya boleh diberikan maksimal selama 3 bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi jika perusahaan tetap menetapkan masa percobaan selama 6 bulan, maka perhitungannya secara hukum adalah sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 bulan pertama dianggap sebagai masa percobaan yang sah;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 bulan berikutnya dihitung sebagai masa kerja karyawan, bukan masa
