He\u2019s been preying on YC companies and more. Beware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I fired this guy in his first week and told him to stop lying \/ scamming people. He hasn\u2019t stopped a year later. Soham Parekh yang bekerja di 3-4 startup di waktu yang sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suhail Doshi merupakan mantan CEO perusahaan startup Mixpanel dan dari pengalamannya, Soham Parekh ini menargetkan perusahaan-perusahaan startup dan meminta untuk lebih berhati-hati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari unggahan Suhail Doshi ini pula, beberapa <em>founder <\/em>startup lainnya seperti Lindy, Fleet AI, dan Antimetal mengaku pernah mempekerjakan Soham Parekh di perusahaan mereka karena terkesan karena kepintaran dan jawabannya pada saat interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para <em>founder <\/em>ini mulai mengetahui &#8216;kecurangan&#8217; Soham Parekh ini karena ia sering absen saat rapat, lambat dalam mengerjakan tugas, dan sulit untuk dihubungi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari apa yang dilakukan Soham Parekh ini, para <em>founder <\/em>mulai meragukan keaslian dari CV yang dimiliki oleh Soham Parekh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suhail Doshi mengatakan di postingannya bahwa CV Soham Parekh 90% Parekh yang bekerja di 3-4 perusahaan secara bersamaan, <em>double job <\/em>ini sudah selayaknya dibahas, khususnya oleh perusahaan yang menerapkan sistem kerja <em>remote.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kerja <em>remote <\/em>atau kerja jarak jauh memungkinkan seseorang bekerja dari jarak jauh sehingga tidak sepenuhnya dipantau secara langsung oleh pemberi kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ini memungkinkan bagi pekerja untuk melakukan pekerjaan lebih dari satu atau <em>double job <\/em>di saat yang bersamaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nah, sebenarnya bagaimana aturan mengenai <em>double job <\/em>menurut regulasi yang ada di Indonesia?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilansir dari <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hukumonline.com\/klinik\/a\/hukum-bekerja-di-dua-perusahaan-lt4dbe0fdfeec26\/\">Hukum Online<\/a>, baik dalam UU Ketenagakerjaan diketahui bahwa aturan <em>double job <\/em>atau lebih diatur dalam perjanjian kerja, peraturan perusahaan, dan perjanjian kerja bersama, lalu bagaimana jika karyawan melanggar aturan tersebut?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apa konsekuensi yang bisa didapatkan oleh karyawan yang melanggarnya?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika perusahaan telah membuat aturan larangan <em>double job<\/em> dan karyawan melanggarnya, maka konsekuensinya adalah pemutusan hubungan kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PHK di sini dapat dilakukan secara sah karena salah satu syarat PHK adalah ketika karyawan melanggar ketentuan yang ada di dalam perjanjian kerja, peraturan perusahaan, dan perjanjian kerja bersama dan sebelumnya telah diberikan surat peringatan pertama, kedua, dan ketiga secara berturut-turut selama kurun waktu
